Terms and conditions

The vitasept.com online store is managed by Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ (reg. no. 11612456, address: Urda tee 3, Jälgimäe, Saku municipality, 76404 Harju County)

All prices on www.goodpointchemicals.com are in euros and include VAT. Purchases in the vitasept.com online store can  made by guests or registered customers. Goods are delivered within Estonia.

Placing an order

Ordering goods from the vitasept.com online store is very easy.

To place an order, select the appropriate products and click on ‘Add to shopping cart’.

When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon on the right and select ‘View shopping cart’. To finalise the order, review your selected items and specify the quantities. If you wish to change the quantities, amend the quantity in the small box and then click on ‘Update shopping cart’. If you wish to remove a product, click on the red X to the left of it.

Using a promotional code

If you have a personal promotional code or a campaign code, enter it in the ‘Coupon code’ field, click on ‘Confirm code’ and make sure that the products to which the discount applies are marked with the discounted price.

Payment for goods

You can also pay right away by using a bank link (SEB, Swedbank, Luminor, Coop, Citadele or LHV). The intermediary is either the respective bank or Montonio Finance UAB.

To pay for your goods, click on the shopping cart icon next to the menu on the right-hand side of the page.

By clicking on ‘Pay’ you will then be redirected to a page where you will need to fill in your contact details and choose a delivery method (selecting an Itella Smartpost/Omniva/DPD parcel machine or a courier from the drop-down menu).

NOTE! Care must be taken when entering your contact details and choosing a delivery method, as the prompt and problem-free delivery of product depends on the accuracy of this information. The service provider cannot be held liable for orders not being fulfilled due to incorrect information being provided by the customer, or for any consequences arising therefrom.

Once you have filled in the required fields and checked the information, click on ‘Pay’ in the bottom right-hand corner of the page to pay for your order.

Payment methods will then be displayed, allowing you to choose from a list of banks to make your payment. You can pay by using the services of Montonio payment solution (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank and Citadele).

Choose your preferred payment method by clicking on ‘Pay’ next to the bank’s image.

You will then be redirected to the bank, where you will need to identify yourself and check the payment details, make the payment and then click on ‘Back to merchant’.

Purchase confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided.

Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to add products to it.

Payment options

You can pay immediately via a bank link by selecting your preferred bank (SEB, Swedbank, Luminor, Coop, Citadele or LHV). The intermediary is either the respective bank or Montonio Finance UAB.

When paying via a bank link, be sure to click on ‘Back to merchant’ in the bank after making your payment so that the information about the payment is automatically forwarded to our system.

Delivery

When making a purchase from the vitasept.com online store, you can choose one of three different delivery methods:

Courier – delivery fee of €7, DPD courier €6,90. Free delivery within Estonia on purchases of €60 or more. Goods are dispatched within four working days.

DPD parcel machine – delivery fee of €2.50. Free delivery within Estonia on purchases of €60 or more. Goods are dispatched within four working days. Goods usually arrive at DPD parcel machines the day after a parcel is dispatched. DPD sends you an SMS notification with a door code once the parcel has reached your selected parcel machine.

Itella SmartPOST parcel machine – delivery fee of €3.90. Free delivery within Estonia on purchases of €60 or more. Goods are dispatched within four working days. Goods usually arrive at SmartPOST parcel machines the day after a parcel is dispatched. SmartPOST sends you an SMS notification with a door code once the parcel has reached your selected parcel machine.

Omniva parcel machine – delivery fee of €3.90. Free delivery within Estonia on purchases of €60 or more. Goods are dispatched within four working days. Goods usually arrive at Omniva parcel machines the day after a parcel is dispatched. Omniva sends you an SMS notification with a door code once the parcel has reached your selected parcel machine.

Claims and right of return

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal and the right to lodge claims do not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

In order to return the goods, an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address tellimine@gpc.ee no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The standard withdrawal form can be found here.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

The buyer has no right of withdrawal for products that are not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons and if it is open after delivery (eg cosmetics).

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period. It is also possible to return the goods ordered from the e-shop to our office Urda tee 3, Jälgimäe 76404, Saku vald, Harjumaa.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ shall return to the Buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the Buyer on the basis of the contract. Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ shall transfer the amount paid by the Buyer to the same current account from which the payment was made. Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ may refuse to make refunds until the item which is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the Buyer has submitted evidence that he has returned the item, whichever is earlier. Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ does not make cash refunds.

Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and reclaim the goods from the Buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the goods purchased from the e-store have defects for which Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ is responsible, Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the Buyer.

Right to lodge a claim

Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract, which already existed at the time of delivery of the thing and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. During the first six months from the delivery of the thing to the Buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the thing. It is the responsibility of Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ to rebut the respective presumption.

If the defect occurs, the buyer has the right to contact Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ within 2 months by sending an e-mail to tellimine@gpc.ee or by calling E-R 9: 00-17: 00 by phone +372 5627 5636.

Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the goods purchased from the e-store have defects for which Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ is responsible, repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ will respond to the complaint submitted by the buyer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 10 working days.

Confidentiality

Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ does not distribute the buyer’s personal data to third parties, with the exception of the information necessary for the provision of delivery services. The buyer’s e-mail address is used to send order information, and at some point a one-off e-mail may be sent seeking feedback.

The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed their wish to receive newsletters and offers by entering their e-mail address on the website and if they have informed us of their wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters being sent to their e-mail address at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in e-mails containing offers.

Data stored in the online store ordering environment are treated as confidential information.

Resolution of disputes

These terms and conditions and sale & purchase order agreements take into account the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes are resolved by way of negotiations in the interests of the client in order to find the best possible solution.

If the buyer has any complaints about the Goodpointchemicals.com online store, these must be e-mailed to minnamai@gpc.ee or submitted by calling +372 5627 5636 (9:00-17:00 Monday-Friday).

If the buyer and Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. This committee is a body of the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority, which is located at Pronksi tn 12, 10117 Tallinn, telephone: +372 620 1707, e-mail address: info@tarbijakaitseamet.ee. Its procedural terms can be viewed and applications submitted here. The committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from an agreement entered into between a buyer and Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ. The reviewing of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge. The buyer may also present their case on the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform here.

Additional information

Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ reserves the right to amend the content, prices and systems of the online store.
